Originally from New Zealand, David came to Canada in 1986 as a New Zealand Diplomat. David moved on to senior management at Sheraton and Delta Hotels in Vancouver from 1990-1995. David purchased half of Edgemont Moving & Storage in 1995. He has since become sole owner and President of the company. David performs in-person and virtual estimates, and specializes in overseas shipments. With a wealth of knowledge of the moving and storage industry, David goes the extra mile for his clients. He always strives to ensure a professional move from start to finish.

Meaghan has been working behind the scenes at Edgemont for several years, acting as executive assistant to her husband David Crawford. Meaghan is in the office working on overseas shipment logistics, marketing and administration. Meaghan’s past experience also includes working as an Automotive Mechanic, and she is a fully qualified Red Seal Chef.

Reanna joined our office team in the Spring of 2016 as Edgemont’s Move Coordinator. She has grown within our company and gained invaluable moving knowledge. As a front-line client ambassador for Edgemont, Reanna balances booking moves, client care, invoicing, and storage access.

With over ten years of customer relations experience, Melanie’s focus is on ensuring all details are handled so that your move can be successful and stress-free! She works estimating moves in-person and virtually. We welcomed her in the Fall of 2020 as the newest member of our sales team.

Chad has 30 years warehouse experience in transportation and wholesale supply.
As the dispatch and logistics manager, he plays an integral role in our business. Chad oversees moving & storage logistics, schedules movers, dispatches our trucks, and assists clients on the phone and in the office.

Ed is Edgemont’s longest standing employee, with over 30 years experience in different roles within the company. He now manages our warehouse of over 375 storage containers, ensuring accurate inventories and storage contents are recorded. He is an expert forklift operator, and mantains an organized warehouse for Edgemont. Ed is our specialist in all things storage.

Matt oversees Edgemont’s financials, payroll, and maintains accurate accounting for the company. Matt handles banking, payables, and maintains all monthly storage clients account payments.

Jen joined our office team in the Spring of 2022. She brings with her years of experience in hospitality, tourism, and real estate. Jen works closely with our move manager and assists our clients with planning all aspects of their move.
